Medical Equipment Chillers

RIGID Coaxial Liquid Chiller is a premium quality water chiller designed specifically for medical laser equipment applications.

The coaxial liquid chiller is a cooling system that uses a refrigerant to transfer heat from one location to another. By removing heat from the laser, the liquid chiller helps to maintain the temperature of the laser at a stable and safe level, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. This is particularly important for medical laser devices, where precise temperature control is critical for optimal treatment outcomes.

In the case of medical laser devices, it works by removing the heat generated by the laser during operation. Whether you’re in a lab, hospital, or clinical research facility, this advanced chiller unit is the ideal solution to maintain precise temperature control for medical equipment. With its innovative miniature vapor compressor design, the Coaxial Liquid Chiller provides fast and efficient cooling, making it ideal for high-volume applications where temperature stability is critical.

Medical Device Chiller Working Principle

RIGID liquid chiller is a cooling system that uses refrigerant to transfer heat from one location to another. In the case of medical laser devices, a liquid chiller works by removing the heat generated by the laser during operation. Here’s how it works:

  1. The refrigerant (included in all products) is circulated through the internally sealed chiller to absorb the heat generated by the laser.
  2. Refrigerant continuously circulates inside chillers, then it passes through heat exchangers to absorb the heat generates by medical devices.
  3. In the heat exchanger, the heat from a secondary cooling fluid, typically water/glycol mixture is transferred to the refrigerant.
  4. The cooled fluid is then returned to the laser device, where it continues to absorb heat and repeat the cycle. The secondary fluid is passed through a heat exchanger (condenser or evaporator), where the heat is dissipated to the environment.
